DATABASE command that manages files and the model database (Cname, Keyword, NAME - Modify the NAME of the component, Value).

Arguments

Name	Description
Cname	Cname parameter for the DATABASE command.
Keyword	Keyword parameter for the DATABASE command.
NAME - Modify the NAME of the component	NAME - Modify the NAME of the component parameter for the DATABASE command.
Value	Numeric value for the argument.
