Data deletion instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data that Marc & Structures may process when you use www.marcandstructures.com, its courses, forms or newsletter. For full details, see our Privacy policy.

1. Who can request deletion

You may request deletion if you created a learner account, submitted a form, subscribed to the newsletter or contacted us by email.

2. How to submit a request

Send an email to marc@marcandstructures.com with the subject line Data deletion request (or include that phrase clearly in the message).

To help us locate your data and prevent misuse, please include as much as you safely can:

• The email address you used with us (if any).
• The approximate date of the contact or subscription and the channel used.

We may ask for reasonable additional information to confirm your identity before deleting or anonymising data.

3. What we will do

After verifying your request where appropriate, we will delete or anonymise personal data we control, including newsletter contacts and email threads, unless we must retain certain information to comply with law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Some data may also be held by processors, such as Cloudflare, Supabase or Resend. We will pass on the request where appropriate under our agreements and applicable law.

4. Response time

We will respond without undue delay and generally within one month of receiving a valid request. If an extension is necessary, we will explain why.
