Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 25 April 2026.
This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data that Marc & Structures may process when you use www.marcandstructures.com, our contact forms, scheduling links, WhatsApp or Telegram bots, or related tools. For full details on processing, see our Privacy policy.
1. Who can request deletion
You may request deletion if you have interacted with us in a way that could have led to processing of your personal data (for example: you sent a form, booked a slot, used a messaging bot, or used the AI consultation feature).
2. How to submit a request
Send an email to marc@marcandstructures.com with the subject line Data deletion request (or include that phrase clearly in the message).
To help us locate your data and prevent misuse, please include as much as you safely can:
- The email address you used with us (if any).
- Approximate date of contact or booking, or the service you used (website form, Odoo booking, WhatsApp bot, Telegram bot, AI chat).
- For WhatsApp: the phone number used in the conversation.
- For Telegram: your Telegram username or user ID if you know it.
We may ask for reasonable additional information to confirm your identity before deleting or anonymising data.
3. What we will do
After verifying your request where appropriate, we will delete or anonymise personal data we control in our systems (for example CRM records, email threads necessary to honour the request, and booking-related notes), unless we must retain certain information to comply with law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Some data may also be held by processors (such as hosting, email delivery, scheduling software, or AI providers). We will instruct them to delete or anonymise your data where we can, in line with our agreements. Retention by those providers may additionally be governed by their own policies and tools (for example Meta or Telegram account settings).
4. Third-party platforms
- WhatsApp (Meta): you can manage your account and certain data through Meta/WhatsApp settings; see WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
- Telegram: see Telegram FAQ on data and Privacy.
5. Response time
We aim to respond within one month of a valid request, in line with typical GDPR practice. Complex requests may take longer; if so, we will let you know.
6. Other rights
You may also have rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection, and portability. See section 6 of the Privacy policy or contact the same email address.
